Sandi is a Louisiana native, having graduated with a degree in Communications.  Shortly after college, she moved to Houston, Texas and took a position with JP Morgan Chase as their VP of Recruitment, Marketing and Communications. While under her direction, JP Morgan Chase’s Career Site was named amongst the “Top 25” of Fortune 500 Companies.  Sandi’s proven expertise has helped lead James Edward and Companies, Inc. towards operational excellence, continued growth, and innovation.

As the CEO, her responsibilities include driving the day-to-day agenda and overseeing the execution of business plans for the entire company. As a confident leader, she has demonstrated success in building and managing world-class sales organizations, shaping the sales tools and processes needed to deliver top performance, as well as motivating sales teams to surpass revenue targets.

In addition to her organizational roles, she is a founding Board Member of the John Fontaine Jr., Charity, sits on the Board of Trustees for the Presbyterian School of Houston, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Beverage Association.

In July 2011, he relocated to Austin, Texas to serve as the Chaparral Sales Manager. Then in July 2015, he moved to McAllen, TX to lead a new territory as the General Manager for Chaparral South. Following that role, Fred became the General Manager for the JECO Texas region which covered both the Chaparral and Viva Distributing regions. In 2022, Fred became the Vice President of Sales for James Edward and Companies.

As the VP of Sales, his responsibilities include coaching and developing a highly capable management team, providing direction, overseeing the management of all Sales, building strong relationships with top customers, and upholding the JECO and RBNA standards and processes across all territories within JECO.

Fred is a native of Bayamon, Puerto Rico. He grew up in Orlando, Florida before joining the United States Army in 1996 where he served in Operation Desert Shield while stationed at Ft. Stewart. After his service, he attended Georgia Sothern University and began his retail career as an Operational Manager T-Mobile.  Fred is married to Dr. Gabriela Rosas, and they have a beautiful son, Ethan.

The Corporate Support Department leads all internal objectives related to business insights and analysis, technology maintenance and support, as well as training and development of new and current employees. In this role, Noah leads a team of direct reports that operates on the values of collaboration, availability, and simplicity.

Noah joined James Edward & Companies in October 2014, having been brought on board to internally support RBNA’s annual DP Evolution process along with the training and development of our sales teams. Noah graduated from the University of Georgia in 2005, majoring in Consumer Economics (with a minor in attending football games). After graduation, Noah began his career with MillerCoors, where he would spend the next 8 years moving between various sales and analyst roles. From there, Noah moved to the startup business, FIN Branding Group, where he served as Director of Operations.

It is Noah’s mix of experience between the corporate and startup business worlds, along with his knowledge of the DSD business model and entrepreneurial spirit that makes him a successful leader at James Edward & Companies.

His passion lies in cultivating talent and he thrives on promoting operational efficiency. He is known for his Lean Six Sigma projects, ruthless prioritization skills, and the ability to empower collaborators with the tools needed to achieve their professional goals.

 

Ryan, a Southern California native, along with his wife and cats, made the transition to Atlanta in 2015. Both Ryan and his wife Shayna share a deep passion for automotive, landscape, and drone photography, occasionally capturing the magic of weddings for friends. Beyond the lens, Ryan has devoted over two decades to his love for golf, while also immersing himself in the world of IMSA and F1 races. His hands-on involvement includes driving, modifying, and meticulously maintaining his own sports cars. A regular at rock concerts, Ryan’s appreciation for movies has evolved, sparking a newfound interest in Live Movie Concerts.

Her passion lies in people, and she thrives on enhancing the employer-employee experience. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail, exceptional prioritization skills, and the ability to meet deadlines with ease.

Beyond the office, Taylor is an avid traveler, having explored over 11 European countries and counting. Her most cherished adventure was exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Iceland. In her downtime, she is either at home curled up with a good book, baking up sweet treats, planning her next travel escapade, or just enjoying quality time with her husband and their two furry companions.

As the General Manager, his responsibilities include coaching and developing a highly capable management team, providing direction and overseeing the management of all Sales, Administrative, and Operations departments, building strong relationships with top customers and to uphold the JECo and RBNA standards and processes across all territories in our Texas Region. Robert’s extensive experience, vision, and leadership provide the necessary qualities to ensure that the company continues to thrive under his leadership.

Robert has over 20 years of retail and distribution experience, born and raised in El Paso, Tx, he began his retail career at Wal Mart Stores Inc. where he quickly climbed the ranks to run stores in different parts of Texas and New Mexico, after 10 years of retail with Wal Mart he decided to make a career change and join Viva Distributing, his combined experience between retail and distribution along with his leadership and winning attitude have made him a very successful leader at Viva and Chaparral Distributing.

Matt came to Matador with many years of experience in the beverage industry, from beginning as an independent distributor for Coke New York, then transferring to 7UP in Atlanta. Matt then brought his extensive knowledge to Matador Distributing in 2011 where he began in a Key Accounts role. He has held several positions from Regional Sales Manager to Director of Sales and finally escalated into the General Manager role in 2023. Matt brings a wealth of industry knowledge, leadership, drive, creativity, and passion for the Red Bull brand, ideally suited for the leadership role at Matador Distributing.

Following graduation, she worked in accounting at a trading firm then as an analyst for a national food service distributor. Since joining James Edward and Companies, Sarah has provided administrative support to our executive team and helps oversee the daily operations at the Houston office. Her eagerness, work ethic, and attention to detail have allowed us to continually expand her role to assist in every department across all companies. She resides just outside of Houston, with her husband and dog.
